These terms describe the free launch version of MyStride.run.

Service

MyStride.run helps users create running playlists based on artist and BPM preferences. The service uses third-party data sources and may cache results.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

BPM values, track metadata, and playlist results may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or incorrect. You should verify playlists yourself before relying on them for training, events, or any other important use.

Spotify Export

Spotify export requires your authorization through Spotify. MyStride.run does not sell Spotify content, Spotify access, streams, or playlist placement. The free export creates a private playlist in your own Spotify account with a random generated name and selected tracks from your MyStride playlist.

Future paid features, if offered, charge for MyStride Pro playlist generation, storage, and sync functionality. Export may fail if Spotify is unavailable, authorization is denied, tracks are unavailable, or API limits are reached.

Account and Email Features

If you submit an email address, it is used for the requested update or playlist-related feature. Future account or paid features may use different terms.

Third-Party Services

Spotify and GetSongBPM are independent third-party services. Their own terms and availability apply. MyStride.run is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify or GetSongBPM.

MyStride.run makes no warranties or representations on behalf of Spotify and disclaims all implied warranties with respect to the Spotify platform, Spotify service, and Spotify content. Spotify is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and the privacy policy to the extent required by the Spotify Developer Terms.

Availability

The free launch version is provided on a best-effort basis. Features may change, break, or be removed while the product is being developed.
